Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and ZUDAKO INDIA ("ZUDAKO", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the ZUDAKO platform, websites, APIs and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the organisation you represent. You are responsible for the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it.

2. The Service

ZUDAKO lets you configure AI agents to handle conversations on channels such as WhatsApp and email. Channel availability depends on the third-party providers (including Meta-approved Business Solution Providers) and may change.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content.
• No sending of unsolicited bulk messages in violation of TRAI rules, Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, or applicable law.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, disrupt or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside our security disclosure process.

4. Customer Data

You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant ZUDAKO a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may revise pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or activity that puts the Service or other customers at risk. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied on for material decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZUDAKO's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to ZUDAKO in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
